Before Filing a Notice
Before submitting a copyright complaint, please take a moment to confirm the following:
- You own the copyright in question, or you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- You can clearly identify the specific work and the exact URL or location on our Service related to the claim. A general reference to a title, artist, or channel name may not be sufficient for us to locate and review the matter.
- Consider whether the use might fall under a license, permission, public-domain status, fair use, or a case of mistaken identification.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice
If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact that includes all of the following:

- Identification of the infringing material — The exact URL or location on our Service where the alleged infringing material can be found.

Counter-Notification
If material submitted by you was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice and you believe this was done in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location for resolution of the dispute.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with standard copyright practice, any user for whom we receive three (3) good-faith, valid infringement complaints within a six-month period may have their access to the Service permanently terminated.
Our Commitment
- We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted media ourselves. Our Service processes user-submitted, publicly available links to generate audio files for personal use.
- Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include restricting access to the reported functionality.
- Relevant information from a notice may be shared with the affected user or relevant service providers where necessary to evaluate or resolve the claim.
For Users and Creators
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, please use the counter-notification process above rather than submitting duplicate complaints. Misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may carry legal consequences, so if you are unsure about ownership, licensing, or applicable procedures, we recommend consulting a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.
